Job Description
We’re now looking for a Senior PMO to take the lead in structuring, executing, and overseeing all projects across Cybears — both client-facing and internal strategic initiatives.
MISSION
- Drive the company-wide project governance framework, ensuring consistency, visibility and agility across all units.
- Coordinate and supervise the delivery of projects within all Cybears’ divisions (Advisory, Integration, SOC, Academy, R&D).
- Instill and champion Agile culture across technical and business teams.
- Coach and support a growing network of project managers and team leads.
- Serve as a key escalation point for complex projects and sensitive client engagements.
- Track execution KPIs, budgets, deadlines, deliverables, and risks.
- Engage with senior management to align projects with strategic priorities.
- Mediate conflicts, manage client communications, and ensure crisis resilience when needed.
PROFILE
- A senior project/program leader with 8+ years of experience in service delivery, consulting, or high-stakes environments.
- PMP certified (mandatory), with additional Agile / Scrum certifications (e.g. PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum.org, etc.).
- Proven experience working in or with agile, multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (written and spoken).
- A natural negotiator and communicator, with strong client relationship skills.
- Experienced in cross-functional stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and team empowerment.
- Comfortable working under pressure and driving projects to success in fast-changing environments.
